you can change the weather location (also C and F units) in functions.js by changing your zipcode (you can get one here [link] )

also you can switch the clock from 12h mod to 24h

This skin was build on iPhone 4 running iOS 4.3.3 (so i cant guarantee how it will work on other devices/firmwares) but it should work properly on the 3th gen devices also
